A Professional Approach to Recreational Soccer
Junior Reds is a unique opportunity for both players and coaches. Our players get the opportunity to play with their friends as well as participate in weekly pro skills sessions available with a professional LFC trainer and post-season programs like Center of Excellence and All-Stars. Our volunteer coaches also get an opportunity to develop their skills with coach mentoring sessions.

Pro Skills
In addition to regular practices, players can attend our all new PRO SKILLS Program!
Lead by our professional trainers, Pro Skills is a unique opportunity to learn the moves of Liverpool Football Club players and is included in the registration fee for all Junior Reds players.
Players can attend as many sessions as they like during the season and use the skills they learn in their games!
Games & Practices
Junior Reds' team practices take place once a week, usually (depending on location) Monday through Thursday at either 4:45pm or 6pm. Each session lasts an hour and fifteen minutes and times are determined by the parent volunteer coach and their availability/preference. Practice schedule requests are NOT ACCEPTED and are only guaranteed for the team's head coach. Please adjust your schedule accordingly with the coach andyour child's team.
Games will be played once a week every Saturday with kickoffs ranging from 8am to 5pm. The season will conclude with our end of season tournament where each team will play two games with each player receiving a trophy and team picture.
